Fire Trucks and Apparatus
We are extremely grateful to the residents of our Township for all their support. There has never been a single fire levy that has failed. This shows the trust our residents have in our fire/rescue abilities and our fiscal responsibility. As such, the equipment we operate is well maintained and admired throughout all the departments in Delaware County.
We train with the equipment constantly. Each vehicle has a particular job and fits in an intricate puzzle. Obviously not every piece of equipment is needed on all runs. But all the equipment is needed for the Department to operate at a level of service we feel our residents deserve. For example, you may not need one of the tankers on a car accident, but almost every run will involve one of the two engines.
