Lt. Brian Dilley
Brian Dilley graduated high school from Buckeye Valley in 1992. He then attended Youngstown State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and an Associate’s degree in Drafting and Design. He earned his M.B.A in 2008. While attending college, in 1993 Brian attended the Ashtabula County Fire School in the evenings and was assigned to North Kingsville Fire Dept. throughout his enrollment. After graduating from YSU, Brian moved back to Ostrander where he currently resides.
Brian joined the Scioto Township Fire Department in 1994 and reached the position of Lieutenant in June of 2007.
Brian also runs the Department’s website to keep the residents updated on the Department’s accomplishments as well as using it as a tool to help connect the residents to Scioto Fire.
